Hearts for Harvey

Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts:

The Ranchview IB Diploma Candidates & Lady Wolves Basketball team are working together on a project called Hearts for Harvey to help those affected by the recent hurricane.  Each week for the month of September, they’ll collect different items for donation to Metrocrest Service Center, a local organization already helping over 500 evacuees who’ve come to the Carrollton-Farmers Branch area. Each week they will collect donations in a specific category and then deliver them to Metrocrest Services. Next week, they’re collecting food donations such as peanut butter, canned goods, cereal, bottled water, and crackers.   Donations can be dropped off in the boxes any time at the front office or in the cafeteria at lunch.

Week 1 – (Sept. 5-8): Food Donations

Peanut butter, canned goods, crackers, cereal, trail mix, bottled water, raisins, shelf stable milk, juice boxes

Week 3 – (Sept. 18-22): Hygiene Product Donations
